This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the site and membership. "MyTag" helps you promote and advertise your profile to business in online media.

To use the "MyTag" Site/Mobile Site/App/Sub Domain Sites/ network sites ("Site"), you must register as a member of the site ("Member"). The Member or any users using the site agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/ advertise your business profile to other Members and make use of the "MyTag"service ("Service"), read these Terms of Use and follow the Registration process's instructions.

The site is a serious business promotion platform to seek leads or business and is not a casual dating site. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

Term & Termination
You are bound to follow this Agreement till you continue as a member of "MyTag". This Agreement will remain in full force and effective till you use the services of "MyTag". You can anytime deactivate your membership by informing us for any reason. "MyTag" may terminate your access to the site or your membership for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity.

"MyTag" reserves the right to terminate the user temporarily or permanently for any of the following reasons:

If the user posts irrelevant content that is not related to registered sector trade or business.

If the user uploads other website copyright content & descriptions, images, and videos, "MyTag" is not responsible.

If User's offering customers a guarantee or warranty issues, "MyTag" is not responsible.

If a user tries to access another registered user login without him/her knowledge.

If a user posts copyright or Trademark-Sensitive Goods

If user posts Hacking/Surveillance/Interception/Descrambling Equipment

If user posts Goods Made From Protected Animal/Plant Species

If the user posts Illegal Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, Steroids, and Other Controlled Substances

If user posts Stolen Property or Items Used for Theft

If a user publishes Weapons and Ammunition

If user posts sale of alcohol & tobacco to persons not of lawful ageviolates any law for the time being in force

If user upload content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;

Content Posted on the Site
You understand and agree that "MyTag" may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole

The judgment of "MyTag" violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either "MyTag" or its Members.

You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and reach out to other Members to find business. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to "MyTag", are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated and shall be at the member's/person's only risks and consequences.

"MyTag" does not control the content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will "MyTag" be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service. "MyTag" reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the site.

Copyright Policy
You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Jurisdiction.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site or the Service, by using the site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes or differences will be governed by India's laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Madurai, India only.
